AMI Entertainment Network, LLC is looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to work in our Grand Rapids, Michigan location with our innovative, new commercial music platform.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and organized individual reporting directly to AMI’s Sales Manager in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing AMI Music dealers, operator partners and regional and national chain clients with all areas of support to ensure the AMI Music platform is successful. A willingness to embrace, train, and help clients optimize the operational aspects of music, mobile and digital signage products is critical.

Make outbound calls to, and receive inbound calls from, a specified network of dealers, operators and partners; guide these stakeholders through the new customer activation process, articulating best practices, and stimulate network and revenue growth
Execute procedures and deliverables to setup, maintain, and optimize customers’ AMI Music systems; perform data entry tasks inherent to process
Estimate date of delivery to customers based upon knowledge of the production and delivery schedules
Provide accurate order information to customer service for shipping and track shipments of systems and related products
Coordinate and lead online training sessions with external and internal stakeholders
Develop accounts by checking client history, recommending additional subscriptions, services, programs and practices to optimize system performance and meet sales objectives; explain technical features
Respond promptly to customer needs and gather feedback to improve service; make recommendations to Sales Manager and Director of Enterprise Sales to improve services and processes
Interface with appropriate company departments when problems arise and represent the voice of the customer
Prepare reports for the AMI Sales Manager, or Director of Enterprise Sales as needed
All related duties as deemed necessary by the AMI Sales Manager, or Director of Enterprise Sales
Limited travel required
Previous sales and customer service experience; project management experience a plus
A high sense of urgency in response to clients and internal stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, autonomous and driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Team player with personable, professional and engaging manner
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, or similar CRM application, and MS Office Suite
Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required.
