
MEGATOUCH EXTENDS TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOURS
AMI Entertainment Network opens 24/7 support in game division
Bristol, PA October 16, 2009 – AMI Entertainment Network has extended its technical support hours for Megatouch games to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These extended hours are a part of AMI’s ongoing promise to focus on customers’ needs. AMI expects this enhancement of technical support to be especially beneficial for Pacific and International customers.
“Megatouch locations aren’t 9-5 businesses, we hope to fully service our customers through the extension of round the clock availability,” said Tim Kotzen, Customer Service Manager. “AMI is focused on providing the best service possible both domestically and internationally.
