Coin-Op Entertainment Brands Complete Merger

Companies Unite Under AMI Entertainment Network, Inc.

Bristol, PA (May 28, 2009) – The merger of Merit Entertainment and Rowe International, two pioneering companies in coin-op entertainment, is now complete with the selection of AMI Entertainment Network, Inc. as the new entity’s name. “Our diverse, collective digital entertainment portfolio has been simplified into four distinct segments,” said Mike Maas, AMI’s president and chief executive officer. “Games, Music, Video, and Emerging Media, all organized under AMI Entertainment Network, Inc.”

 

Each AMI Entertainment Network segment features associated brands that independently provide top-quality content to patrons and value to operators. As part of this integration, Megatouch will be the touchscreen game brand of AMI while Rowe will be a music brand. “By employing complementary system standards and industry-leading innovations, these repositioned game and music brands will be more versatile than ever before,” Maas continued.
